Distribution Managers are responsible for managing distributors, coordinating the storage, transportation and delivery of goods.

Duties and responsibilities:
Managing distributors
Identifying new distributors and super stockists
Expanding business to unrepresented markets
Training of new distributors
Helping distributors in bank linkage and financing
Negotiating and agreeing contracts
Organising shipments, coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys
Developing and confirming schedules
Planning for and negotiating technical difficulties
Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies
Liaising with and managing staff and shifts
Waste management
Monitoring stock
Ensuring health and food safety standards are met

Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
Preference for candidates having MBA degree
Knowldge of FMCG sector
4-8 years experience, preferably in managing distribution networks
Leadership capacity and management skills
Self-starter with ability to complete tasks independently
